As an experienced Construction Estimator
, you will be responsible for interpreting architectural plans and producing accurate, actionable estimates. This is a pivotal role, supporting the company in securing new contracts and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Working collaboratively with colleagues, surveyors, sub-contractors, project managers, and suppliers, you’ll ensure that commercial objectives align with practical delivery. You will engage with architectural drawings, survey data, contractor input, and project specifications across residential and commercial developments within the construction sector.
