As a Site Manager Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 4 apprenticeship in Construction Site Supervisor, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Transportation team to support in the overall design, build and maintenance of infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people.
Day to Day Responsibilities- Assisting with the preparation of site documentation
- Ensuring PPE compliance and safe working practices on site
- Assisting with coordinating subcontractors
- Escalating issues to the Site Manager when needed
- Undertaking inspections to maintain health and safety standards
- Have 5 GCSE at Grade 4 or above, including Maths, English and Science
- Are punctual, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Have the ability to handle physical work in varying weather conditions
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with a team, Disability Confident
