Here at Keyman, i am working alngside one of our Main Contractors who require a Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities- Manage the budgets for residential developments
- Liaise with other departments to ensure budgets are met
- Attend meetings with the construction teams, senior management, external contractors as well as pre-order meetings and project review meetings
- Manage all sub-contractors on site
- Produce draft budgets and site start budgets
- Produce sub contract payments, final accounts and sub contract orders ensuring they are authorised by the authorised representative
- Assist with material buying when required
- Assess payments to contractors
- House Building
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
- HNC/HND in Building Studies
- Full UK Driving License
- Right to work in the UK
