A leading recruitment firm in Northampton is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage budgets for residential developments. The successful candidate will liaise with different departments, manage subcontractors on-site, and assist in material buying. Applicants should have experience in house building, excellent communication skills, and hold an HNC/HND in Building Studies. A Full UK Driving License and right to work in the UK are necessary.
