An established and growing Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based in the East Midlands is now seeking an experienced and ambitious Mechanical Site Manager to join the team. With a strong pipeline of secured work within High End Residential, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a long term career within a forward thinking and supportive business.
The successful individual will initially oversee two prestigious New Build Residential developments located within the East Midlands.
You will be responsible for managing mechanical packages on site, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the delivery alongside the client, from conception through to completion.
The ideal individual will have previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within M&E, across New Build Construction, ideally, but not limited to, Residential projects. Excellent communication and coordination skills
with a proactive attitude, positivity, and career driven attitude
The business is looking for someone who wants to grow with the team venturing into a long term career path and will be heavily invested within in return
