Estimator (Construction) – Northampton

Salary: 40,000–45,000 + training, progression, quarterly bonus, annual bonus, hybrid working, company benefits.

Are you an Estimator or from a similar construction background looking to join an award‑winning and ambitious company? The role offers professional development through training, progression into senior and management roles, and the chance to work on prestigious projects.

In this role you undertake varied work including both supporting and leading primarily bespoke, architectural stonework projects. You will discuss requirements with clients, interpret architectural drawings and undertake aftersales support in addition to producing quotes. The role is primarily office based, working closely with sales, production, and design teams.

• Prepare quotations based on architectural drawings, specifications, and client briefs
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and other departments to clarify project details and ensure accurate costings
• Provide ongoing project involvement and technical support
• Occasionally attend site visits or client meetings

• Construction, builders merchants or similar background
• Looking for an Estimator role
• Commutable to Northampton
