Estimator / PM (BBBH

Salary: GBP 40,000 – GBP 45,000 per annum, plus company benefits.

The Role- Prepare quotations based on architectural drawings, specifications, and client briefs.
- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and internal departments to clarify project details and ensure accurate costings.
- Provide ongoing project involvement and technical support.
- Occasionally attend site visits or client meetings.
- Background in construction, builders merchants, quantity surveying or related field.
- Experience or interest in an Estimator or Project Manager role.
- Able to commute to Northampton.
