Site Manager - Social Housing/ Retrofit

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a contractor delivering social housing retrofit and refurbishment works across the Midlands.

• Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
• External Wall Insulation (EWI)
• Window & Door replacements
• Solar PV installations
• Refurbishment works within occupied social housing properties

• Manage day-to-day delivery of retrofit and refurbishment works
• Oversee multiple sites across a regional patch
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders
• Maintain high standards across live, occupied environments

• Proven experience delivering energy efficiency and retrofit works, such as Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), External Wall Insulation (EWI), Window & Door replacements, Solar PV installations, etc.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing / refurbishment
• Strong understanding of working in occupied properties
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)
