This contractor is building a strong reputation within the compliance and building safety sector, with long-term pipelines of work and a practical, site-led leadership team. Youll be joining a company that values people who have come from the tools and understand how to deliver high-quality passive fire protection works on site. to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Passive Fire Site Manager, Fire Protection Supervisor, Fire Door Supervisor, Fire Stopping Supervisor, or Contracts Supervisor within passive fire protection.
As a Passive Fire Site Manager, you will be:
Managing passive fire protection projects across multiple UK sites Overseeing fire stopping and fire door installation teams Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and on programme Carrying out quality assurance checks and identifying remedial works where required Supporting surveys, site inspections, and programme planning Working closely with senior management to ensure compliance standards are maintained Managing night works where required, typically Sunday to Thursday shifts to speak to anyone who has: A background within passive fire protection, ideally fire doors or fire stopping Previous experience working in a supervisory or site management role SMSTS or SSSTS certification A valid CSCS card Strong knowledge of passive fire compliance and quality standards The flexibility to travel nationwide and stay away when required A practical, hands-on approach to site management The Passive Fire Site Manager role is offering the following benefits:
Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience Company vehicle or car allowance Accommodation fully covered for longer projects 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Long-term progression opportunities within a growing business Profit-share style bonus scheme after qualifying period Consistent pipeline of UK-wide projects Location & travel This role covers projects across the UK, with work ranging from the Midlands through to the North and South of England.
Accommodation is provided for projects requiring extended stays, and travel support is included. Current projects include night shifts on retail and retrofit schemes, with opportunities to work on major long-term contracts nationwide.
