Construction Site Manager

An experienced Site Manager is required for a major project in Northampton, starting May 2026. The role involves day‑to‑day management of site operations within secure, highly regulated environments.

• Oversee daily site activities and manage site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme schedules and project specifications
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on site at all times
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and key stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress meetings
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly and effectively

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
• Experience working within Ministry of Justice (MoJ) frameworks is highly desirable and will be prioritised
• Strong understanding of site operations, health & safety regulations, and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively within secure and controlled environments
• Willing to travel due to future framework requirements

• Enhanced DBS clearance is essential (must be current or obtained prior to commencement)
• Familiarity with security procedures and compliance requirements associated with MoJ projects
