Schools’ Choice is hiring a Private Sector Housing Surveyor in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will assist the Disabled Facilities Grants Team with survey, design, and tender packages. This role offers a 37-hour work week with hybrid options.
The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in Building Studies or Construction, along with experience in building surveying and project management. Competitive rate of £35-40 per hour on an umbrella basis.
