About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team based in Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project manager with a strong background in commercial interior fit-out.

You will take responsibility for managing multiple projects from pre-start through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple live commercial fit-out projects simultaneously.
Plan labour requirements and develop project programmes.
Carry out regular site visits and attend client meetings.
Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
Work closely with the Project Coordinator to procure materials and coordinate deliveries.
Identify, prepare and price project variations.
Support the preparation of valuations and final accounts alongside the Project Coordinator.
Resolve day-to-day site and project issues proactively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project.
Ensure all projects comply with health and safety requirements and company standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs and variations.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
The confidence to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
A full UK driving licence.
