About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team based in Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project manager with a strong background in commercial interior fit-out.
You will take responsibility for managing multiple projects from pre-start through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple live commercial fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Plan labour requirements and develop project programmes.
- Carry out regular site visits and attend client meetings.
- Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Work closely with the Project Coordinator to procure materials and coordinate deliveries.
- Identify, prepare and price project variations.
- Support the preparation of valuations and final accounts alongside the Project Coordinator.
- Resolve day-to-day site and project issues proactively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project.
- Ensure all projects comply with health and safety requirements and company standards.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs and variations.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- The confidence to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- A full UK driving licence.
