£19.85 per hour (first 39 hours) 1.5x rate after 39 hours

Ongoing contract on a major infrastructure project.

Our client is looking for an experienced Pipelayer / Drainage Ganger to work in Brackley. This role will involve working as part of a drainage gang, supervising and supporting site operations, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently to project standards.

• SSSTS (essential)
• Green CSCS card or above
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisor role
• Driving licence & own vehicle

• Strong knowledge of drainage, pipe laying, and ducting
• Ability to lead and coordinate a drainage gang
• Confident supervising site activities and workforce
• Good understanding of health & safety and site compliance
• Ability to read and work from drawings and site plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work to deadlines
• Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work
