Our client, a successful and growing construction company, is recruiting for a nationwide Site Manager to join the team.

The business specialises in projects refurbishment and new builds such as gyms/leisure and healthcare to name a few.

The company is well known for retaining staff due to communication and support, and for exceptional relationships with suppliers. They organise events within the business involving staff and their families, and regular get‑togethers with suppliers to build strong relationships for everyone involved.

Due to their continued success they are looking for a Site Manager who can work nationwide. Examples of project locations over the years include Berkshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey and Cheshire.

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid

• Paid Holiday – 20 days per annum plus bank holidays (3 days to be taken at Christmas shutdown)
• Pension contribution – up to 5% matching employee contributions after successful 3‑month probation
• Private health cover after successful probationary period
• Laptop
• Phone provision – subject to fair and reasonable use
• Probation period – 3 months
• Paid expenses/travel/hotels to site and staying away
