My Build Estimate Ltd, a leading UK quantity surveying and estimating firm, is seeking a full-time estimator to work from our Northampton office. The role focuses on take-offs, bills of quantities, cost plans and tenders for clients including contractors, developers and private clients.
The successful candidate will have at least five years in estimating, strong Excel skills, familiarity with SMM7/NRM3 and JCT contracts, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a growing firm.
