Maitland Selwyn is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Midlands delivery team on high profile commercial and industrial projects. Based across Birmingham and Coventry, you will manage procurement, subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts, ensuring commercial performance and strong client relationships.
You will work with NEC/JCT frameworks, support project delivery, and contribute to cost reporting and forecasting.
