You will oversee financial and contractual performance, procurement, and client negotiations, acting as a key member of the commercial team to deliver profitable, compliant outcomes.
This hands‑on role requires ME/NEC3/4 experience, strong negotiation, data analysis, and the ability to mentor junior surveyors while maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
