Preconstruction Manager – Industrial | Midlands

We're currently working on a great opportunity for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join a successful main contractor, working across a range of industrial construction projects.

This is a key role within the preconstruction team, taking tenders from initial enquiry through to submission, contract exchange and handover to the delivery team.

What they're looking for:

Proven experience in preconstruction/tendering within construction
Experience working on industrial projects
Confident managing multiple tenders at different stages
Strong understanding of construction programming and sequencing
Experience with BoQs, quotations and commercial information
Strong technical writing and proposal experience
Confident dealing with clients and leading tender presentations
Highly organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines

You’ll be responsible for developing tender strategies, identifying risks and opportunities, coordinating supply chain information and leading the submission process.
