Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Project & Program Management

Our client is a leading main contractor delivering complex commercial projects across the UK. They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a £25m New Build Commercial Project overseeing delivery from pre‑construction through to handover.

You will hold full responsibility for programme, commercial performance, client management and on‑site leadership.

* Lead the project from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget and quality targets

* Manage all site operations, subcontractors, logistics and sequencing

* Drive health & safety culture and ensure compliance across all work packages

* Work closely with commercial teams on procurement, cost control, change management and reporting

* Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear communication and progress updates

* Chair progress meetings, manage design coordination and resolve technical issues

* Lead and mentor site teams, ensuring high performance and collaborative working

* Deliver structured reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders

The Package

Up to £85k Basic + Package - Car allowance, pension, healthcare, DIS, bonus scheme
