AI-Enabled Visual Designer

About the Role

The Visual Designer & AI Specialist is responsible for producing high‑end visual assets for our beauty and fashion portfolio using advanced AI‑driven workflows. The role combines design expertise with technical prompting skills to generate accurate product packaging and lifestyle visuals with the ability to generate video and static imagery that meet professional advertising and print production standards. The specialist will visualise across multiple channels, including retail merchandising, print, and digital, and has a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, brand storytelling, and production‑ready design processes.

• Generate AI visual assets for beauty and fashion campaigns, including packaging, product imagery, and video.
• Develop and refine advanced prompts in tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and DALL
  · E to produce high‑quality assets aligned with brand identity.
• Work closely with design leads to translate the creative vision into structured AI prompts to meet the desired outputs.
• Design and generate packaging visuals including perfume bottles, cosmetic containers, labels, boxes, brochure layout mock‑ups, and retail displays.
• Ensure generated assets are suitable for packaging development and can be refined for production use.
• Collaborate with content, category, creative leads and packaging engineers to ensure visuals align with campaign strategy and product positioning.
• Present concepts, iterate quickly based on feedback, and maintain consistent brand aesthetics across multiple deliverables.
• Maintain prompt libraries, workflow documentation, and asset standards to support efficient and consistent production pipelines.
• Continuously research emerging AI tools, design techniques, and visual trends within the beauty and fashion industries.

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in graphic design and AI prompting.

Graduate level.

• Strong background in graphic design, product visualisation within beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industries.
• Advanced experience using AI image generation platforms such as Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or DALL

• Deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques including composition control, lighting description, materials, camera perspective, and stylistic direction.
• Excellent visual taste and familiarity with luxury beauty and fashion aesthetics.
• Ability to replicate high‑end commercial photography and video styles through AI workflows.
• Consistent production of high‑quality AI‑generated visuals and video that meet brand and print standards.
• Efficient prompt development that reduces production time while maintaining creative quality.
• Delivery of visually compelling assets that support marketing campaigns and product launches.
