As a Junior to Middleweight Copywriter, you will be the guardian of Avon’s brand voice, shaping how we connect with consumers across every touchpoint. You will create engaging, high-quality copy that brings our beauty, fashion, and home products to life while ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across global markets. Working closely with marketing, innovation, and digital teams, you will turn ideas into compelling storytelling—developing product narratives, supporting integrated campaigns, or enhancing the end‑to‑end customer experience.

• Develop and maintain brand tone of voice across global and local markets.
• Write engaging product copy, especially for e‑commerce product detail pages.
• Support innovation teams with product naming, concept development, and positioning.
• Create copy for CRM communications and marketing campaigns.
• Work on fast‑paced, ad‑hoc projects across multiple categories including beauty, fashion, and home.
• Use AI tools to enhance content creation and editing processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, consumer‑focused messaging.

• At least 3 years of experience as a copywriter (in‑house, agency, or freelance).
• Strong ability to develop and maintain a distinctive brand tone of voice.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills across short‑ and long‑form content.
• Ability to translate marketing briefs into clear, compelling creative outputs.
• Understanding of consumer journeys and omnichannel content strategies.
• Confidence presenting ideas and contributing to creative discussions.
• Experience in product storytelling, naming, and claims writing.
• Strong command of English and attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
