Embroidery & Workwear Branding Specialist – PART TIME Cyber Sign Ltd sign & Graphic Specialists

CYBERSIGNS is looking for an experienced Embroidery & Workwear Branding Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

We provide branded workwear and corporate clothing alongside our sign and graphics operation and are looking for somebody who can take responsibility for the day-to-day production of our clothing orders.

This would suit somebody with existing embroidery, garment-decoration or workwear experience who is looking for flexible part-time employment within a friendly, growing independent business.

The role will include:

• Setting up and operating commercial embroidery equipment
• Embroidering logos, names and branding onto workwear
• Preparing garments and selecting appropriate backing/stabilisers
• Loading and positioning garments accurately
• Thread changes and colour matching
• Checking embroidery quality and consistency
• Heat-applied garment graphics and logos
• Vinyl/transfer application to T-shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets and workwear
• Preparing artwork/files for garment production
• Checking customer logos and branding before production
• Producing samples where required
• Finishing, folding and preparing completed orders
• Quality checking garments before dispatch
• Managing multiple small and larger workwear orders
• Keeping the embroidery/workwear area organised
• Basic maintenance and care of production equipment

Previous professional experience with commercial embroidery or garment branding would be highly desirable.

You may currently or previously have worked within:

• Embroidery
• Workwear
• Garment decoration
• Promotional clothing
• School wear
• Sportswear
• Print & embroidery

Experience of embroidery software/digitising would be a significant advantage.

Knowledge of heat-transfer vinyl, DTF or other garment-decoration methods would also be useful.

Most importantly, we're looking for somebody who is accurate, organised and takes pride in producing quality work.

We want to be reasonably flexible for the right person.

The position could potentially suit somebody looking for school-hours working, several set days per week or another regular part-time arrangement.

Exact days and hours can be discussed depending on experience and availability.

There may also be opportunities for additional hours as this side of the business continues to grow.

Competitive hourly rate dependent on experience and capability.

For somebody with substantial commercial embroidery experience who can come in and independently take responsibility for the workwear production, we're prepared to pay accordingly.

CYBERSIGNS is an established sign and graphics business in Northampton providing signage, vehicle graphics, large-format print and branded workwear to commercial customers.

We're continuing to expand our workwear and clothing-branding operation, and the right person would have the opportunity to become an important part of developing that side of the business.

This isn't a high-pressure production-line environment. We're looking for somebody who cares about quality and wants to help us build a really good clothing-branding service.
