Parts Advisor

Parts Advisor Northampton - NN3 Permanent Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS) Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus bonus (OTE Year 1 £ 40,000 ) Do you have previous experience of working within the automotive industry? Do you enjoy working within a team & have a desire to earn? We would LOVE to hear from you TODAY! Due to a retirement my client is looking to hire a Parts Advisor to work in a team of 4, where you will be providing parts advice to existing clients who are needing replacement parts for their commercial/plant vehicles.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Parts Advisor include:
Communicate with customer and suppliers Develop and follow up enquiries Identify customers parts requirements Sourcing suppliers, web research Improve product knowledge to prepare quotations effectively Accept and process customer orders Customer / supplier liaison Work with key accounts Customer and product support - dealing with customers queries / issues To be successful in the role of the Parts Advisor you must have:
Customer service / sales experience Aptitude and interest to learn about technical parts Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework Communicate effectively by Telephone and e-mail Extra information:
