Customer Service Administrator
Hours 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm
Monday - Friday / £12.88 per hour
Customer Support
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve complaints professionally and in line with company procedures
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Update and maintain customer records accurately
- Track and follow up on open cases to ensure resolution
- Track and close PODs
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet response time and quality targets
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
