Badge Production Officer

Overview

Reed Talent Solutions, a division of the Reed recruitment group, is recruiting a Badge Production Officer for the Angard Staffing team in Northampton. The position is full‑time (37.5hrs per week) on a rota, with early, late and weekend shifts. It is a fixed‑term contract until December
2026, with a pay range of £26,000.

• Produce accurate, compliant identification badges for new hires.
• Print badges and manage  for existing workers.
• Carry out general administrative tasks to support the team.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Computer literate and confident using MS Office systems.
• Effective communication via telephone and email.
• Team player who is flexible and supports colleagues as required.
