Our well-established legal client is looking for a Client Liaison to join their team and act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients. This is a client-focused role suited to someone who is confident on the phone, highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clients first interaction with the business from the initial enquiry, ensuring clients receive clear information and a professional service from their first interaction. This is a great opportunity not only for thsoe with great experince in solicitors firms but also juniour candidates who are looking for their first stepping stone into a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, handling incoming calls and initial enquiries.
• Confidently speak with clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.
• Set up new clients on the internal system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
