Customer Service Advisor

REED Business Support is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, professional and forward thinking organisation in Newcastle that is experiencing continued growth. Due to increased demand, we are looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors to join them on temporary contracts that are expected to last around 6 months . This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills who are looking to gain valuable experience within a large corporate environment.

The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, acting as a key point of contact and supporting customers with a range of enquiries. Working within a collaborative and fast paced environment, you'll be responsible for contacting clients to schedule reviews of their accounts and portfolios, ensuring each interaction is handled in a professional and efficient manner, and adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing a high standard of customer service at every interaction Updating and maintaining accurate customer records Managing diaries and scheduling appointments General admin duties Supporting customers with account and service related enquiries Following company procedures and regulatory requirements Contributing positively to team goals and service excellence What are we are looking for:
Previous customer service experience from a range of settings including contact centre, retail, hospitality or office based etc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, professional, and customer focused approach Strong attention to detail and highly organised Confident user of IT and able to use multiple systems The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced environment A willingness to learn and adapt What's on Offer?

Monday – Friday – hours between 9:00am – 8:00pm Shift patterns are: 9:00am – 6:00pm 10:00am – 7:00pm 11:00am – 8:00pm Please note that these roles are fully office based.
