We are recruiting for a Dentist to join a well-established mixed NHS and Private independent dental practice in Northampton
. This permanent opportunity offers flexible working days

This role is ideal for a Dentist seeking a position with clinical autonomy, flexibility, and no corporate pressures
, alongside opportunities to develop both NHS and private income streams over time.
As an independent practice, they are committed to giving clinicians genuine autonomy. Associates have complete freedom in their choice of laboratories and materials, enabling them to deliver the standard of dentistry they are proud of.
They focus on supporting clinicians to provide high-quality patient care, build lasting patient relationships, and develop their own clinical interests within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
This role would suit either a Dentist completing Foundation Training or an experienced Dentist looking for a predominantly NHS position initially, with strong opportunity to grow and develop a private patient base over time.
Working as a Dentist offers you:- £13 per UDA

- Delivering high-quality NHS and private dental treatments
- Building long-term patient relationships
- Managing and maintaining a consistent clinical diary
- Providing excellent patient care and communication
- Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
- Working collaboratively with dental nurses and the wider practice team
- Adhering to NHS guidelines, CQC standards, and clinical governance
