Responsible for managing appointments, processing payments, maintaining patient records, and supporting the dental team.

• 9 surgeries, large converted 3‑floor house
• Dentally software
• Specialist services:
  Implants, Endo, Perio, MOS, Invisalign
• Fully equipped – Airflow, iTero, Endo, Implant Motor, Microscope
• Established patient list
• Extensive, experienced team of 14 clinicians
• Free parking
• Near the hospital, park, Costa Coffee, town centre

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
• Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
• Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
• Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
• Create a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable
• Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records
• A team player who thrives on helping others
