An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Architectural Technician to join a well-established, growing architectural practice in Northamptonshire. This role provides the chance to contribute to a diverse range of high-quality residential and commercial projects, working within a collaborative, design-led studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate technical drawings, specifications, and comprehensive construction packages.
Support design development, ensuring technical feasibility and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with internal project teams to deliver projects on schedule and to the highest standards.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
Conduct site surveys and attend site inspections as required.
Keep up to date with building regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in an Architectural Technician role.
Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and detailing.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
