Role & Responsibilities Lead and contribute to urban design and master planning projects from concept through to delivery Produce and oversee the preparation of frameworks, masterplans and vision documents Work on suburban and urban master planning, town regeneration and new community projects Support and guide junior team members within project teams Collaborate closely with architects, landscape architects and external consultants Prepare high-quality graphic outputs, reports and presentations Engage with clients, stakeholders and local authorities as required Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in urban design Proven project-leading experience on master planning and regeneration schemes on UK projects Strong design and placemaking skills with a clear understanding of UK planning context Excellent graphic skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Sketch Up Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and presentation skills What you get back Salary £45,000-£55,000 2 Days WFH per week 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 25 after 3 years Permanent health insurance up to 50% of salary Private medical cash plan Mental health support and counselling services £100 annual eye care contribution Support with exam fees Access to independent pension and financial advice Season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme Complimentary daily breakfasts Regular social events, study trips and team away days Dog-friendly office Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
