Architectural Technologist (Revit) 6-month FTC £30,000 - £40,000 pro rata  Company Benefits  Training Sailsbury Are you an Architectural Technologist or similar with a background in Revit, looking for an exciting 6-month FTC opportunity within a design-led architectural practice working on high-quality bespoke residential and heritage projects? This Chartered Practice specialises in innovative and sustainable residential architecture. They are looking for an Architectural Technologist with a background in Revit or similar to join a friendly and collaborative team on a short-term contract basis.

This varied role will see you contributing across multiple projects, working across RIBA Stages 2-4. Working closely with a close-knit team, you will develop planning application packages, produce detailed technical information, and support projects from concept through to construction. This role would suit an Architectural Technologist or similar with a background in Revit and a background in residential architecture or similar who is looking for a short-term contract position within a creative and supportive practice.

The Role:

* Develop design proposals and prepare planning application packages
* Produce detailed technical drawings for Building Regulations and construction
* Support project delivery across RIBA Stages 2-4
* Contribute to design development
* Assist with the development and management of Revit models

The Person :
* Architectural Technician, Technologist or similar
* Background using Revit
* Background in residential architecture or similar
* Commutable to Salisbury Reference Number: BBBH
