Project Architect / Architectural Technologist

Our client, a highly respected architectural practice based in Northampton, is looking to add talented individuals to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects while developing the skills and experience needed to take ownership of projects and lead teams.
The Opportunity
We are looking for professionals who are passionate about delivering a high-quality output and who genuinely care about the work they produce. Successful candidates will have a desire to continually develop their understanding of design principles, technical detailing, and legislative requirements, enabling them to confidently lead project teams and work autonomously, supported by a knowledgeable in-house team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and delivering projects across a variety of sectors and stages.
* Leading project teams and taking ownership of project outcomes.
* Working autonomously while drawing on the support and expertise of colleagues when required.
* Developing and applying a strong understanding of design, technical detailing, building regulations, and industry legislation.
* Working dynamically across multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and delivering against agreed deadlines and project outputs.
* Producing accurate and high-quality technical information using Revit.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with relevant industry experience.
* Be highly proficient in Revit and confident producing technical documentation.
* Have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
* Be committed to delivering quality work and continuously developing your professional knowledge and expertise.
* Have the ambition and capability to progress into, or further develop within, a project leadership role.
