£40,000 - £50,000
We are working with an established and award-winning architectural practice who are looking to appoint experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists to join their growing team in Northampton.
The practice works across a diverse range of sectors, including logistics, education, hotels, research and development, offices, industrial, sport, leisure, civic, mixed-use, master planning and residential, with project values ranging from £500k to over £200m.
Requirements for this Project Architect / Architectural Technician role:- Running projects from concept through to completion.
- Producing high-quality architectural and technical drawings.
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Taking responsibility for your own projects and design decisions.
- Leading and supporting junior members of the team.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Developing projects through the relevant RIBA stages.
- Working predominantly within Revit to develop and coordinate project information.
- Contributing to the design and technical delivery of a varied project portfolio.
- Qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist.
- Proven experience running projects within a UK architectural practice.
- Strong Revit skills are essential.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK construction.
- Confident producing your own drawings and managing project information.
- Experience working collaboratively and leading others.
- AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion and InDesign experience would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about architecture and committed to delivering high-quality work.
