Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Temporary)
SEN Teaching Assistant - January start!

Central Northampton
Flexible hours - part time / full time

We are looking for an experienced, patient and dedicated TA to support pupils in mainstream education with SEN needs including ADHD and Autusm.

The role will include working in the mainstream classroom working 1:1 or in small groups to offer extra support to those students who need it

Your Day-to-Day will include:

1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs

Keeping students engaged through fun and exciting activities
Building student confidence and independence
Working closely with the class teacher and other support staff
Being consistent and positive
Following the school behaviour policy
You will need:

Experience with children in a school setting
An understanding of working with children with ADHD / Autism
Good communication skills
Patience and committment to the role and the students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
