We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to work in schools across Northamptonshire, supporting students with diverse learning needs and helping to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Role- Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities.
- Differentiating instruction to cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other professionals to provide a holistic and inclusive education.
- Monitoring and reporting on students' progress, ensuring they are meeting their individual goals.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching in primary education, with a passion for working in SEN settings.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of diverse learning needs.
- Have excellent communication skills, both with students and colleagues.
- Are adaptable, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students.
