We are seeking a dedicated and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming school in the NN3 area starting January on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school, covering classes when required, delivering planned lessons, and providing high-quality support to pupils and staff.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Confident delivering lessons and covering classes
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• DBS on the Update Service OR willing to apply and pay for a new DBS
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to long-term work
