Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and making a real impact in the classroom? Coba Education are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic High Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join our vibrant and inclusive school community.

As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You’ll work closely with teachers to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities, and take responsibility for leading lessons and interventions when required.

• Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
• Lead whole-class sessions under the direction of the teacher.
• Work with small groups or individual pupils to support learning and progress.
• Assist in the planning and assessment of pupil work.
• Provide support for pupils with additional needs.
• Contribute to the development of classroom resources and strategies.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• A strong understanding of the primary/secondary curriculum.
• Proven experience working in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and positive approach.
