As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to enhance the learning experience for students—particularly those who need additional guidance. Your role will involve supporting learning in class, helping to run small‑group sessions, and contributing to a positive, well‑managed school environment.

• Support students during lessons to ensure full access to the curriculum
• Assist with targeted interventions and small‑group work
• Work with staff to deliver tailored learning support plans
• Promote inclusion, motivation, and resilience among students
• Maintain records to track student progress and engagement

• Has a genuine passion for helping young people succeed
• Is adaptable, reliable, and a strong communicator
• Works well as part of a team and independently
• Can build positive relationships with students from a range of backgrounds
• Has experience in education or youth work
• A Teaching Assistant qualification is beneficial but not essential
