Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) looking for an exciting new challenge in Special Educational Needs (SEN) education? Here at Aspire People, we are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to work in schools across Northamptonshire, supporting students with diverse learning needs and helping to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
The RoleAs a Teacher within an SEN setting, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities.
- Differentiating instruction to cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other professionals to provide a holistic and inclusive education.
- Monitoring and reporting on students' progress, ensuring they are meeting their individual goals.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching in primary education, with a passion for working in SEN settings.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of diverse learning needs.
- Have excellent communication skills, both with students and colleagues.
- Are adaptable, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students.
