Due to specific student care needs, this role requires a male member of staff—this constitutes a Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010.

• 1:1 and small‑group support
• Behavioural and emotional regulation assistance
• Classroom support alongside teachers
• Help with daily routines and pastoral care

• Experience working with children or young people (school, care, SEN, or similar)
• Patience, resilience, and a supportive nature
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships
• Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
