• Hours: 39 hours per week, term time only 8.15am to 4.15pm Mon
  - Thurs 8.15am – 3.15pm Fri

Edgewood School is the newest addition to the SENAD Group portfolio, a state-of-the-art independent specialist day and residential school for up to 26 children aged 7 to 18 with a range of complex needs including Autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, speech, language and communication difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour.

The school offers light, airy and flexible education spaces, quiet spaces, classroom break-out rooms, a secure garden and play areas – making Edgewood a fantastic place to work, thrive and learn!

As our first students have settled in well and are off to a great start, we are now looking to expand our team to welcome more young people to Edgewood School. As a Teaching Assistant you will work alongside teachers to promote a love of learning, support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help deliver high quality learning opportunities. Being creative, organised and having experience supporting others with SEN are essential qualities.
