Independent specialist provision for young people 11‑16 with ongoing social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH). Small cohort, high expectations, supportive environment.

Deliver engaging Maths and/or English lessons to students with SEMH needs who are unable to access mainstream education. Inspire and support young people through personalised, accessible teaching.

• Plan, teach, and assess classes at up to GCSE level in Maths and/or English.
• Use a motivating, adaptable teaching style tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the multidisciplinary team to support student development.
• Maintain accurate and timely record keeping of student progress.
• Participate in regular staff meetings, induction, and ongoing professional development.

• QTS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Ability to teach up to GCSE level in Maths and/or English.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Strong teamwork, communication and inclusive education mindset.
