Are you an experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a flexible role? Monarch Education is seeking dedicated SEND TAs to provide ad hoc daily or long-term support in a welcoming primary school in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ learning and development.

• Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning activities.
• Support classroom teachers in managing behaviour and promoting inclusion.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to ensure pupil progress.

• Experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to different needs and learning styles.
• A patient and nurturing approach to supporting pupils.
• Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
