We are currently seeking enthusiastic, adaptable and reliable Unqualified Teachers to provide supply cover across our partner primary and secondary schools in Northampton and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals exploring a career in education, recent graduates looking for hands‑on classroom experience, or skilled school support staff ready to take the next step.

In this role, you will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre‑prepared lessons, maintain positive behaviour, and ensure pupils remain on task and engaged. While you won't be expected to plan lessons, mark work or take on long‑term responsibilities, you will play a vital part in supporting learning and safeguarding students each day.
