As a Functional Skills English Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging English sessions from Entry Level to Level 2.
• Support learners with diverse needs, backgrounds and abilities.
• Use a fully planned scheme of work and resources provided by the college.
• Personalise and adapt materials to suit your teaching style.
• Build learners' confidence in reading, writing, and speaking & listening.
• Prepare learners effectively for assessments and real-world application.

• Minimal planning workload - all schemes and resources provided.
• Creative freedom - amend, enhance and teach in a way that works for you.
• Supportive environment - work closely with curriculum managers and LSAs.
