Level 2/3 Childcare Practitioner

Location:

Northampton (Just outside Kingsthorpe)

Rate: £115 - £175 per day (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Start Date:

ASAP / September 2025

This unique, open‑plan nursery is built around the principles of child‑led learning. Children are encouraged to explore freely between rooms and discover the world through curiosity and play. Activities include splashing in water trays, scaling climbing frames and creative finger‑paint sessions.

The nursery prides itself on a warm, inclusive environment where every child’s interests are nurtured and confidence is encouraged. We look for a practitioner who can roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and become a valued part of the passionate team from day one.

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification
• Someone proactive, energetic, and ready to hit the ground running
• A team player who loves being outdoors as much as indoors
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Willingness to undertake further training and CPD
• SEND experience is a bonus; a genuine interest in inclusive practice is also valued

This role is subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check, social media screening, health clearance and a probationary period.
