.

As a Teacher of Engineering, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant lessons across a range of engineering programmes. You will play a key role in developing learners' technical knowledge, practical skills and employability readiness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality engineering lessons
- Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Supporting students to achieve academic and practical success
- Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback
- Monitoring and tracking learner progress
- Maintaining accurate records in line with quality standards
- Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and wider support teams

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:
- Experience or aptitude in coaching, tutoring or teaching
- The ability to confidently engage and manage groups of students
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Confidence using IT/ICT systems to support teaching and administration
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A professional and student-focused approach
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or willingness to obtain)
- A relevant academic qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent)
