Levelled Teaching Assistant

High‑Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Immediate Starts Available this Term!

Location: Northampton + Surrounding Areas

Salary: Competitive Salary (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible

Start Date: ASAP

As a HLTA, you'll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning – delivering interventions, covering lessons, and helping to raise attainment across Key Stage 1 and 2. You'll work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support pupils both in groups and on a 1:1 basis.

• Deliver planned lessons in the teacher's absence
• Lead small group interventions across core subjects
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN and EAL
• Contribute to planning and assessment alongside teachers

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Confident leading whole‑class learning when required
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A positive, can‑do attitude and passion for education
